I can't remember when I made this, but I didn't use any recipe. I'll typically season any meats I have with whatever seasonings I have on hand. Nothing special, and nothing too crazy. I served this pork chop with my garlic mashed potatoes and canned corn :)
I think I seasoned the pork with:
- Salt
- Freshly grated pepper
- Thyme
- Rosemary
